Pinterest, Cookies and Rock and Roll

Free Today on Amazon

I tried Pinterest for a while. It was fun and I liked it well enough, but I didn’t see the point. It seemed like just another online time suck. I didn’t need another activity like that, so I deleted my account. Still, I keep hearing it’s a great for networking and to market yourself, etc. I picked up a freebie that goes into all that. We’ll see if it can renew my interest in Pinterest ;).

I also found a book of vintage cookie recipes that has been blessed with a good review by one of my favorite Amazon cookbook reviewers, Grandma (not my actual grandma). If she likes a book, you know it’s good.

Finally, I found a rock and roll quiz book, with questions like “What is Ozzy Osbourne’s real first name?” and “What was the only Top 10 song Kiss ever scored?” Looks like a great book for a road trip. I’m going to look for some more of these.
